worked on 2002 chevy s10 truck maxi das shows vin and all then asks for model and s10 is not there. and doesn't know how to communicate with different mod gels. it says unable to connect check truck model. it does the pcm but won't do live data right. used gen obd11 and was able to see live data better. clogged cats and bad crank sensor -

Did you choose the correct product line ( chassis) when asked is the 5th digit for
trucks or the 4th for cars this is where most people make a mistake . was this vehicle
automaticly identified by the scanner or did you enter the vehicle manually? -

auto entered as i said it displayed the year knew it was a truck and the correct vin hit next then it asked for model envoy trailblazer ect but no s10 no matter witch model i choose It would not read the heating a/c mod and truck has auto heat in it but no direction when switching the mode button -

Yes for sure a software glitch, I reported it. -

The whole MaxiDas 708 is a Glitch, piece of junk, that's why it is so cheap.
